Core Research and Development Facilities
Cortex resident companies now have access to core facilities at Washington University in St. Louis, Saint Louis University, the University of Missouri—St. Louis and the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center. These facilities provide startups and growing companies with access to the equipment and expertise critically important to scaling high-growth IT and bioscience ventures.

BioGenerator EIRs
The BioGenerator supports 12 Entrepreneurs In Residence (EIRs). The EIRs support bioscience entrepreneurs as they build their companies, raise capital, and develop their technology for market.

IVMS mentors
IVMS is the Venture Mentoring Service of Innovate St. Louis. Its mission is to build a community of successful entrepreneurs through networking and team-based mentoring of innovative new ventures at no cost by experienced serial entrepreneurs and business persons within the metropolitan St. Louis area.

ITEN is an initiative of Innovate St. Louis. ITEN was founded in April of 2008 as the catalyst of the regional IT ecosystem.

The Biotechnology and Life Science Advising (BALSA) Group is a non-profit organization founded and led by Washington University in St. Louis graduate students and post-doctoral fellows.

Skandalaris Center for Entrepreneurial Studies
The Skandalaris Center supports entrepreneurial programing throughout the St. Louis region, including the Olin Cup and YouthBridge Social Enterprise and Innovation business plan competitions.
